Noob Question abt Beastlord Hotbar

[Hellstorm]

Just started lvling BL and got that new hotbar . . . I figured out how to minimize it and further reduce that window to the size of my other windows . . .

However, the modifications do not stay whenever I log out of the game or switch to another toon (w/o logging out).

Is there anyway to fix this . . .
