Clear check box

When I just install release version from beta one, I have a clear check box in the game.

but after I format my computer today, my EQ check box become the old blur squre check box again

anyone know how can I change it back? I want the clear border check box with a check mark inside when I check it.

Edit: I found out that we have UI file call eq2ui_CheckboxStyles.xml
anyone can change it to a normal style file?
