Character Window Changed

They have changed the character window to allow for all the extra housing references. Any ETA on an update for it here?

For now, until TalTal updates this, go into your ProfitUI folder (it's in your EQ2 UI folder probably) and delete the file called eq2ui_mainhud_persona.

That will allow the default window to show.

Wrong. There is an update posted here: http://www.eq2interface.com/forums/s...3&postcount=94 Download and unzip the file into your profit directory. All fixed.

It just isn't pushed to the updater yet.

Until the fix is pushed to the updater, you can download the new files from the post mentioned, then unzip the one you want to replace the old persona window.

is this for catalyst or reborn...

i have reborn and unzipped the file and placed the php files in my profit files and i can't get it to work when i log into the game

also, the 3 files you have linked above, they are listed as zip files, when i download them . they are not zip files but php

Doesn't work for me, so I just deleted the file in the ProfitUI folder EQ2ui_mainhud_persona....

Those are definitely .zip files and they worked for me. I'm not sure how you would download them as the .php page source. If you click on the link to the file, you should get a Save dialog with the file name as shown in the link.

The names are starting to get confusing. The name of the current version that Silat maintains is "ProfitUI Maintained." The previous version,which gm9 maintained, was called "ProfitUI Reborn." The old names sill appear in various places. The info that appears in the /loadui dialog box still mentions Catalyst, for example.

In any case, if you have kept your ProfitUI up to date, you are using "Maintained."

Please be sure to follow the 'ProfitUI Maintained' thread since many questions about this change are being discussed there.

i did all that and have been keeping it updated..

as far as the zip file....before i try to download it, it is described as a zip file...it is when i click it to download it....it is only a php...it does not download as a zip file for me....i understand it should be a xml file , why i am not getting the zip file, i don't know but i've been ripping my hair out trying to figure it out.

you won't get a php file, it's something about your browser. either manually rename the files you downloaded to .zip or right click -> save as on the links in case you didn't already.
