botom bar not fiting properly

hello.
I'v got a minor isue with the botom bar, the way it fits in the window causes some of it to be hidden, at full leangth so i can se either end then it is over laping on the left had side and covers the resists, if i stretch it to full leangth, its wider then my screen is. im using the same resolution iv always used and never had this problem with it. actualy never even realized untill some one else with profit was asking about stuff on the botom bar lol, and i was like hmmm, i dont have those.
I thought there where some zip files for different preset bars, but i dont se them in the folder now.
Is there any thing i can do to fix this, like i said it just a minor isue and relay wont affect the game in any way, only i know it like that now lol, and want to fix it if i can.

On another subject, when i posted this thread i got two links in there for looks like some advertisment, there part of my post, well using it any how, and are in green text, iv seen this in other posts to, is it normal, i didnt put them in there my self.

well i tried a new botom bar i seen linked a few pages back, but it stretches off the screen and dosent seem to be any way i can move it, going to revert it back, is there any way i can make this fit with out loosing any the information that is on it, its over laping in side when it fits in the window or it stretches out side the window, appreciate any help, thx.
