Tradeskill Buff Tooltips

I have turned off the tooltips for tradeskilling in the options and they will not stop popping up when I hover over the 6 buff buttons. I find these very irratating when trying to skill, especially when doing rush orders. So I am assuming it is coded in the xml file but dont know for sure. Is there a way I can turn this off in the xml file or do I have to do it a different way?
