If you're trying to play on test, disable your custom UI.

I'm having the same issue - I switched to Profit from Fetish and since my computer has just crashed randomly out of EQ2

I did a fresh install of EQ2, updated my OS, and reinstalled Profit. Still having the same issue.

I'm on Unrest, so playing on test is not an issue.
