Bigger version of book, read window

Hi,

Eq2 has some really nice little stories in some of the books you collect and would be nice if the window could be made a little bigger.

I think the file for this is eq2ui_popup_book.xml but i'm not 100% sure on this

ideally it would be better if the window was bigger and text from multiple pages combined on single pages but not sure if that will be possible or not.

you can show the two pages on a single page, but you cannot show more than these two (combined) pages, so that does not help you much.

Thats a shame, i had a feeling that might be the case.

I suppose a larger window with a bigger more readable font would be better than nothing, I did have a quick go myself with the UI editor but just ended up with an invisible window with just the previous and next page buttons showing
