If you're using another UI mod or full-blown custom UI (Fetish,ProfitUI, ThorUI, etc) along with EQ2Map, you may instead want to delete the custom UI folder you have and rebuild it (re-download and install any/all mods) in order to remove all the EQ2Map files.
Not sure offhand if the EQ2Map updater puts
all custom map files into an EQ2Map subdirectory within the custom UI folder or if it does put a select number of files in the base custom UI folder, but I figure wiping the slate clean and rebuilding from scratch works the best when trying to remove something
(as painstaking as it may sound, that mentality works great when fixing computers; i.e. wiping/reinstalling the OS).
