Hotbar HELP

Anyone else having issues with the Primary hotbar changing its configuration location at each time you login a new toon? Ever since GU41, we have been having this issue and if we don't put it back, we stand a good chance of dying in our first fight because we are scrambling to put it back so that it doesn't cover up the next hotbar to it.

Another side issue since the same update seems to be with the rendering system, but I think that one is a SOE issue as well.

Both of these issues are happening on 2 different systems in our place... one is an Intel cpu running an ATI x1300 and the other is a Athlon running a GeForce 6600 and both have 256MB VRam on them.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated... tired of seeing our NPC's sitting on the ground of a Griff tower to see it render around them so we can hail them
