Error downloading file

I encountered this problem today when I tried to update EQ2MAP database, it says:

Failed to download Database
Error downloading File:
DATABASE
Unable to connect to the remote server

and the info window can't connect to the webpage too.

what's wrong ?

Either the server is down or a firewall blocks the connection
