I'm already working on an Overseer window with larger trait icons, and it does resize vertically so the quest list can show more quests. I'm not usually critical about basic decisions made with the default UI, but I can't think of any reason why the default trait icons should be so tiny.
Here is a modified Overseer (Minions) window that resizes vertically to show more quests. Also the trait icons have been enlarged by about 50%. I'm hesitant to put this on the updater since it's very possible the game developers are not done making significant changes to the window.

This is the window at maximum height. Can you make the maximum larger please? I play on a 4K monitor and the window has a lot more vertical space to grow.
I'm not noticing the trait icons being any bigger?
You're right -- that was from an earlier version in January without the larger icons. I'll blame my messy desktop Re-download the file in the post above. Max height has also been doubled.

Yup, they changed the window a lot adding the levelling mechanism. I've tried adjusting the XML to get it to show more of the quest list and let me resize the window, but I keep ending up with the leveling bar and its frou frou graphics floating in the middle /sigh.
