As for making them official I don't know how gm9 ever did his stuff and not sure what Silat is doing besides keeping the UI functional between updates. I don't think theres anything at this time that needs to be added into the UI as per say official part of as the UI functions fine and there is the configurable bottom bar file which is in the forums that others can edit to make work for what they want displayed.

There is no persona window update that lists spell reuse speed, that was the first thing I checked. With no files ignored I have a persona window that does not show spell reuse, only ability reuse.
