I've followed the installation instructions for this UI but it doesn't show up instead of the default UI when I play the game. What am I doing wrong? I made a new eq2.ini (no, it's not eq2.ini.txt or anything like that), pasted the code, making sure the skin name is Incubi_Silver, and saved it in my main EQ2 folder.

Any help please?

The UI loads for me, surprising since it hasn't been updated in ages, although there are several windows that will not work correctly. There is an eq2.ini file included in the zip file, if you just place that right in your main EQ 2 directory, and you have the folder Incubi_Silver inside the UI folder, with no other files or subfolders other than "images", it should work. Untill this skin is truly updated though, it's not going to work that well as a whole skin.
