Ugg... there are Way WAY to many dots... The maps are great, just way to many dots..

I was thinkin' the same thing. However, I thought of something that you might like to look into taco-man. If you could break up the map in a tabular form. What I mean by that is have the same map on each tab with different types of dots on each one. Hehehe to break that down even more, those tabs could be something like "Quest givers", "Quest Upate Locations" and/or MOb Locations. If that is possible then I think that could clear up your dot issues and still cover all the pertinent info people are looking for with this AWESOME tool!!! I love the heck out of your map guys TERRIFIC job! But the dots are getting to be a bit much to search through. I'm hoping for the best. Ciao!

since the solution doesn't seem to be on the faq's, my comp seems to lock up with anything i do now that i've installed the eq2map and microsoft .net, it even locked up on WoW and then after doing all windows updates, it still locks up on WoW and EQ2. ideas?

ok stupid question cause i know this has happenned to me before but i cant remember how to fix it. the map no longer shows me where group members are at all. this happenned when i installed this program and kinda lost without that helpful tool. thanks if anyone can figure this out.

Or easier than that make a filter for certain dots or a set of buyyons to turn dots on and off ...... I don't know i thought it might be easier but the interface would be nice BTW beautiful map

I have been useing this since you started it is great.but i have a new problem and i dont see it any where else i try to load auto updater and i get error NOT A VALID WIN 32 APP this just started and i have reinstalled even did a complete removal of the eq2maps . i have also removed and rebuilt my ui one piece at a time and still have the same error. Any help would be great

Ok, I've downloaded this, I've run the updater, gotten the maps. Now what. I left it running. I don't know how to pull up the maps in eq2 itself now? The directions are probably perfectly clear up above to others, but I didn't see anything that could help me and I read it twice. Is there something I have to type once I'm in EQ2 to get it to work? Is there something else I need to download?

installed program ran great for a couple days now i cant get my maps to open up any suggestions.
