This updates the Blue Dragon Knowledge Book to work with the new research tab.

I have always loved having the dragon knowledge book in game (Thanks Humudce!)

I have tested both the red and blue versions in game to ensure they work and haven't ran into any issues.

The zip files contain the eq2ui_mainhud_knowledge.xml file and the two image files needed for the background and blink effects.

I do not believe this is compatible with the fast blink fix as I did not have it installed when I updated it.

1.56 Now updated to work with RoR.1.57 Fixed Issue with Sort... button not working.
