Awesome UI
Just wanted to take a moment to say "Thank you!" for this awesome UI. There was/is an a great amount of effort put into this. I've looked all over for a donate button, but there is none to be found. Until there is, please accept my gratitude as payment for all your hard work.

i loaded the separate spell timer window from drums with the custom include option and was able to monitor time warp.
but when i changed the options in the control panel to monitor only npc or hostile it no longer monitors timewarp.
That is going to be an issue either one or the other it seems.

i Really miss the older Spell Monitoring though, It had a check box to ignore pc or npc, as of right now there is no option.
The problem with that ? ...when i target the tank it records his casting and everyone that buffs him. if i target the mob it records everything the mob is casting and everything that everyone else is casting. needless to say on pull the 5-6 slots are full from pre pull buffs being cast. Im having to x out 15 buffs just to record one spell the mob might be casting.
It is a VERY VERY usefull tool , i can record what they cast how often and when its due to be cast again....not to mention the Raid/ group/ shout notification options and sound notifications /methodical awesomeness. Only thing is the Filters to What you monitor is missing.
Limiting Filters needed for the following.
PC's -Tanks (helps Healers know when the temps are down)
Mob-Filters ( helps especially in AOM with the OVER scripting of mobs)
Red /Orange / White Text Monitoring-Raid monitoring (helps build triggers on the fly)

Thanks for your comments, Bloodcell. The old casting bar menu was duplicated from the Options (Alt+O) window. Navigate to Options >> User Interface >> Targeting Windows to find the controls. You can put the castbar settings on hotbar macro buttons, which is even more efficient than the dropdown for setting on the fly:
show_casting_bars_type 0 (casting bars from all targets)
show_casting_bars_type 1 (hostile players and NPC only)
show_casting_bars_type 2 (no player casting bars)
show_casting_bars_type 3 (no casting bars)
Text commands for the two checkboxes:
show_target_effects 0 or 1 (hide or show target window icons)
show_implied_target_effects 0 or 1 (hide or show implied target window icons)
I'll take a look at Time Warp which sounds like an interesting project. Would be nice if it would work into the Maintained Spell Monitor but might require a separate window.

TimeWarp
Would be nice to have a Timer window for "Time Warp" Act is so over junked with triggers a 5 second timewarp alerts after 3 seconds by then its to late.
if You had an on screen alert with sound option built in....wow.
Basically a window That shows the Recast timer / Warmup and activation times for timewarp you would be a hero to the entire mage community.

Would it be possible to add a button to the quest tracker and item windows similar to the Zam & EQ2i buttons but that just copies the quest name/item name to the clipboard.
I like being able to click on the button in game and search for an item/quest but since the in game browser is so dumbed down that I can't stay logged in to a site I have to deal with the autoplay video ads on EQ2i. Since I know there's not a lot you can do about the browser I figure if you can just copy the text to the clipboard for me I can tab over to a real browser and paste it into the search.

Sisca, try the active journal window linked below. If you click the triangle icon next to a quest you will raise a textbox containing the quest name. Click the text, then use standard Windows commands to copy and paste:
Ctrl+A to hilight the entire quest title, then
Ctrl+C to copy the name to the Windows clipboard.
Then in your external browser search box, type Ctrl+V to paste the text.
Not 100% automated but better than typing the quest names manually.
sisca_activejournal.zip
Edit: here is a link for item, recipe, spell scroll and spell effects (but not maintained spells) examine windows. Click title text to raise the textbox:
sisca_examine.zip

Unfortunately I did all that, and still the same results. If I can just enter them in, I'll just go about it that way. My big question then would be is there any dependency on Slot #?

To fix this, look in your game folder for the logincache subfolder (you may also have logincache-us, logincache-eu, etc.) You can safely delete all of the CDC files you find. They will look like 604306455.901.7417123.cdc. Next, log in to Character Select and scroll through all of your characters. You don't have to log all the way in to the game, just the Character Select screen. This will request new files from SOE. Now run Quick Setup again and you should see your characters.
If this still does not work, you can enter your characters into the Quick Setup grid like a spreadsheet. Please post back here and let me know your results.

Re: Emsisoft internet security blocking drivehq.com
Norton also blocked it for me, but it's only due to insufficient number of people trusting it. Norton uses a reputation system, and brand new programs with limited users get flagged and quarantined until enough people are using it without problems.
If your anti-virus does this you can either remove it from quarantine so you can run it, or wait for your anti-virus company to upgrade it to a higher status. Use the previous version until then. If you choose to remove it from quarantine, note that you do so at your own risk; however, a virus checker of any quality will be watching what the program actually does and will block it again if it tries to do anything it shouldn't (like try to modify an .exe file or system file).

DarqUI does not use do_file_commands.
