Primogen1, all versions of the DarqUI Window Utility are built for .NET version 3.5. I don't have .NET 4.5 (included with Windows 8.1) so I can't speak to potential compatibility issues with that version. No new libraries were referenced with the 2.3.3.3 utility build.
You may continue to use utility version 2.3.3.2 which will still download all of the new DarqUI files. There will be a couple of minor settings that you won't be able to tweak (tradeskills stat display, player window status switches). And you will need to use the external spell suggestions if you want to use Quick Setup with a Channeler.

Spell Timers
Hi
I have used Drums for a while but would like to change but am used to a "spell timers window" that shows wards and so on. How would I keep this as well as use your UI?

Umanami, try setting up the spell timer window using the DrumsUI interface, then copy the window and the eq2ui_custom.xml into the DarqUI folder, and then copy the configuration file(s) from one POI folder to the other. I have not tried it, but I can't think of a reason why it would not work this way.
The DarqUI Prestige Stack Monitor has two slots that can monitor non-Prestige maintained spells similar to the other spell timer mods. You will get the icons, ward amounts, timers, etc., but not the target of the spell (although the tooltip currently shows this). I have made some modifications to the Stack Monitor to give it more slots and make it more suitable as a general spell timer, so hopefully during the holidays I'll have time to finish and test the changes.

Channeler Cures
I may have something set up incorrectly, but the Click-to-Cure buttons do not work on my Channeler. The tooltip hover is blank and clicking does nothing, whereas it does work on my Mystic.

yraen, thanks for your post. Channelers are currently using the "Other" cure spec (which is usually empty) when they should be using the Priest spec. This is changed on my end and is part of a larger update planned for later this month. I can probably get updated Group and Raid windows onto the updater to fix this ahead of time, so check for updates later today.

Mercenary window (in Persona) not functional
Great job on the interface! I especially love the Spellcasting Monitor. But I noticed that if you don't have your merc up, you can't return him from the Mercenary tab of the persona window. You can use "/merc return" but that wouldn't help if you had more than one mercenary.

I"m having a problem getting my marco's to work, in group and raidsay with using TNAME. Do I have to put the whole thing into command field? I use to but what I wanted in to group and raid with %T in command.

Exelent interface, many thank for your hard work!
I dont know if i am alone to have some trouble since app version 2.3.3.3 with Group & Raid button (EU / FR client)
Checked with "international compatility" & "Save spells & cures as spell ID" but dont work
"Maintenaind Spell Monitor"
This new features is amazing !! but some problem with Roman numelar in name spell.
Edit: after some test you need to add 2 spaces after name spell & 1 space after Roman number .... hard o find

02Lnk02, you are exactly right about the spaces. The easiest way I have found to see where the spaces are is to drop the spell onto the chat window and press Enter. This will put the spell into the log file like this, for example:
...

...
You can see two spaces between the spell name and the roman numerals, as well as the extra space after the name. Not all spells have the extra space so it requires some experimentation. And you are also right about the spaces being trimmed out of spell names with the utility. This is something I can address with the next utility version. And finally, I have gotten better results with spell names that contain umlauts by unchecking international compatibility mode, saving just the spell monitor window, then re-checking the international compatibility mode checkbox in settings.
Thanks for posting about your issues. There are some changes to the Group window on the updater that should make the SIDs work as expected. Post here again if you have any more trouble.

lazary69, with the current version of DarqUI, raidsay announcements will always add the target's name at the end of the text, but private tells and group tells will not interpret the TNAME (or %T) mnemonic. If you want to send a group tell using TNAME for example, place the whole thing into the Command field, as in:
gsay Casting JCap on TNAME
But since this seems to be a frequent question, I have decided to make all the spell icon text fields honor the TNAME, TSLOT and TGROUP (raid only) mnemonics. This has already been done in the DarqUI Live interface, and is on that updater now. But the change will take a bit more work with the standard DarqUI. The utility will probably need code changes, but look for updates between now and then in case I can get it to work using the current utility.

Gillan, if you don't see the Return button at the bottom of the Mercenary tab, try clicking the "Active Mercenary" tile at the top of the tab. If you don't see anything at all on the Mercenary tab, it means you have an outdated version of the Character window. Use the DarqUI Window Utility v2.3.3.4 to get the newest version of the Character window, which should be 2.3.M.

Hi Darq,
I changed a toon in my group and raid window, I saved and did a auto update when I went to play my click to cure is not working for any of my toons. Love your ui been using it for along time hope you can help thx

When you hover over the icon of a cure that is not working, what does the tooltip say?

when I hover over it, it says cure on my defiler, if I'm on my conjy it says cure magic

I made a small change to the Group window file that may resolve it. In the utility, go to the Updates tab, check for updates, then forcibly download the Group window again by checking the "Accept" box, even though it says you have the current version (2.3.9). Save, log in and tell me if it helps.
