Yep, if you were the one that posted it, I believe you were the only to ask for it.
Tutorial background, as in the pop-ups? Haven't been able to see any of those yet. I might have them turned off

Make sure you have the correct included eq2ui_popup_add_poi.xml

Only reason I saw it was because of making a few alts. They reduced the number of popups and added an in game picture based tutorial. The background of said tutortial is showing as black.
Not a huge deal I suppose. I imagine most folks that are modding the ui probably already know enough about the game to not need it. (except probably me lol. I like tinkering with games as much as playing them).
Speaking of which, would you mind making any suggestions for resources / reading for someone looking to learn how to customize / make new ui? I've did some coding / xml stuff in the past and will dig into the files when I get home from work, but any resources you could suggest would be very helpful.
Thanks.

1. Hm, if I can find what file is causing it I'll fix it if possible. But I agree, custom ui users usually aren't new to the game enough to care about the tutorials.
2. There's a little documentation that comes with the EQ2ui builder, but I didn't really read it until months after messing around. There's basically just what you can find on the forums, and that. Learn to use the UIBuilder and start modifying things starting with easier projects. That's how I got into it. Editing windows/elements that already exist is the easiest way to learn.

Square Icons
Thanks so much for making the square icons available again! I put the file you provided in my Images > Icons folder. Everything's back to how it was before except the spell/det spell effects icons, those are still rounded. Can you provide a fix for those as well?

Square Icons
I just noticed that the spell effects icons are not actually rounded now, but give the illusion they are because the background color of the icon doesnt extend to the corners, the corners are blackened ...thus make them look rounded off from a distance. Not sure why its displaying like that =x

I looked at a compare of pre-GU57, and I'm not really sure what else was changed besides that one graphic file. Someone will have to track it down, cause I seem to be missing why the icons them selves are still being "rounded".

Since this has been asked before, I've created a Sticky'd guide

Hey Drum, I am new to your UI (just installed post GU57) and I really like it a lot! Thanks for all the hard work and effort you've put into it!
I have one question/suggestion... is it possible to add a set of audio volume controls to your start button area? I used to use the THOR UI and I really miss being able to adjust music/BG/combat sound without leaving the main screen.
Thanks again and all the best, OBD

TS Button Text
Hi Drum, this is a rather dumb question as I'm certain the answer is right under my nose. But how can I disable the NUM text from the reactive buttons in the TS window? I can do this for the normal hotkeys but not in the TS window.
Drum, just complete this sentence for my stupidity. Accredo, that's easy to do but you're a/an ___Insert insult here____.

Umm, not sure. I have my TS hotkeys tied to my normal 1 through 6 keys, but my numpad also works when setup like this. Not sure if that helps!

Glad you're enjoying the UI.
I hope to add both some sort of easy-access Volume/Video controls, with some of the other useful togglable options.
