Quest or map right-click target for locations

Is it possible to have a right-click option to select the location of a quest objective (in the quest journal window) or a location (in the map window) as a target for the wisp or map pointer arrow in EQ2Map?

The basic idea is to see a person or objective in the quest journal and be able to either right-click the name of the objective (or maybe just the objective description) and have the location of that objective selected as a target in the map window of EQ2Map or some other comprehensive map addon.

Alternatively, a step could be added by doing it from the map window itself. Say you search for a MOB or POI and find the result you want to use. You then right-click on the result and select it as a target.

Basically, what I'm thinking of is skipping the step of having to look for the little flashing icon in the map window of EQ2Map, which is sometimes covered by a splattering of other icons and very hard to locate.

Firstly there is no way to add right-click menu options. And as for the map waypoint getting a wisp right away I thought it did, but not sure. I don't know much about the eq2maps coding, as it's a separate mod. It might be easier to in the eq2map forum.

Love your journal mod, been using it for years! but any chance you could add DoV collections to it, pretty please? Would be ever so convenient

What do you mean? DoV collections add in just fine. You need to discover collections before they show up for ones you don't have any yet

For some reason I have to remove eq2ui_journals_active & eq2ui_journals_quest files from my ui folder before getting in game to update collection items from the new DoV areas, otherwise it just examines them like any other item... then put the files back into the ui folder again after. Tried a reset to original ui & reinstall but no go. Prob something silly, but it hasn't done this for any other expansion, so I don't know what's up!

Collections Issue

**I just installed your Journal UI mod and I am having trouble with collections items. I have an item in my inventory but the normal double click or right-click, examine, dont work at all. Is there something I am doing wrong?**

*Update*
Ok, so I can be a dumb arse at times, I thought to try what the Poster before was doing when i noticed one of the files were not there, so i installed again and now it works fine. Sorry about the false posting. Love the UI, I have several of yours installed now, Thanks for all the hard work!

Update Coming?

I am still hoping we see an update that includes a minimize button. Is it a work in progress?
