Pet Command Window (Image #2)

I've been using Mook/Deathbane's mod of the Pet window since forever. However, I never liked the placement of the commands (and I hate the original icons that are supposed to represent pet actions). So I used the minimal setting, just showing the pet's health and power, and had macros in my hotbar for the mundane pet commands.
With the addition of new pet commands (melee and ranged, for example) I figured it was about time to create a new pet command window that could be moved independantly of the pet health bars, that also included all the new pet commands (plus the re-engage command).
It still looks like Mook's old mod, cos he'd done all the hard work and it wasn't broke (and I don't like the automatic small buttons either. Picky, that's me).
Here's how to install:
Assuming you already have some mods, unzip "eq2ui_mainhud_pet_commands.xml" and place in your UI mod folder.
In your UI mod folder, edit the file called "eq2ui_mainhud.xml" to add the following line:
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_pet_commands.xml</include>
Start EQ2 and type the following (or create a macro containing this line):
/show_window MainHUD.PetCommands
The pet command window (image #2) can be moved if you carefully place your cursor right in the top left corner. Here's what the buttons do:
Attack = /pet attack
Back Off = /pet backoff
Re-engage = (/pet backoff), /pet preserve_master, /pet preserve_self, /pet attack*
Melee = /pet melee
Ranged = /pet ranged
Follow = /pet follow
Stay = /pet stay
Die = /pet getlost
Protect Me!! = /pet preserve_master (toggles on/off ~ good with body pulls)
Defend = /pet preserve_self (toggles on/off)
*this all happens instantly, the initial backoff command is used to reset the preserve toggles.
Also included is Mook's original pet window, if you also want to just have the pet health and power all on it's own (image #1), just unzip "eq2ui_mainhud_pet.xml" and place into your UI mod folder.
In EQ2, right-click on the new pet window and select "window settings" and choose "none" for frames. You should be left with just the pet's health and power window so you can place it discretely out of the way, but within easy eyesight.
