I am having the same issue with my tradeskill window. When I first log on it looks fine. If I click on an item to select it, the line gets a little longer..if I click on enough things, the level goes off the window.

I fixed my install issues .. I had to download .net framework 3.5.. now it asks for directory with a directory menu. And I dont get the errors when installing or starting the updater.

HOWEVER!!!

I still crash ( BOOM!) to the desktop if I even hover over a name in the lfg window.. and I have updated.. uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, etc etc

Heh good news/bad news. Until I can figure out why you're having issues with that window, delete it from your DeaDBeaTs directory:

Delete - *\EverQuest II\UI\DeaDBeaTs\eq2ui_mainhud_lfg.xml

Yah, it's on the 'list'. Should have a fix in for Sundays update, until then run with the default.

hiya im not sure if you wrote it this way but, my group window shows 5 accross and the next person is below the number one person in the group, I tried to open the border from left to right and it stops at a certain point and wont let the 6th person in the group in same line as 1 thru 5, is this a bug ? or is there something i have to do to fix it

The group window only shows 5 players, to show yourself use the 'Show Self in Group' on the start menu. This window will need to be moved depending on your UI layout.

The group window can be set up anyway you wish and will resize to fit both horizontal and vertical, and anything in between.

I like your interface a lot. However one thing you do not seem to have that I have in my old interface was a button for night vision. I get into these dungeons and sometimes it is just down right impossible to see anything. With the night vision button it jacked up the brightness and I could at least see where i was going. Any chance on adding something like this is the near future? Otherwise like I said I like it a lot.

Don't know if I want to add nightvision but you could create a couple of macros to do the same thing. In a new macro add the lines:

r_gamma 1.500000 r_gamma 1.500000
r_brightness 0.050000 r_brightness 0.050000

Save this one as Nightvision

Create another with:
(these might not be your exact settings)

r_gamma 1.000000 r_gamma 1.000000
r_brightness 0.000000 r_brightness 0.000000

Save this one as Normalvision

You can now toggle between the 2 as needed.

Some reason the Appearance tab isn't showing. I go to my Inventory and it only has the Equipment tab... but when I try to move the Inventory window it doesn't give me the crosshairs at the spot where the Appeance tab is suppose to be, so it knows something is suppose to be there but it just isn't showing or working. How do we fix this???

oh... someone just told me that the appearance tab doesn't show up until level 20. is that right?

The new voice chat window boxes are just black. I tried removing and full installing twice, but no luck.
