I Got a bit done on this. There is now a top border, which is colored so you can tell the implied target and target windows apart. and the bars default to be a bit bigger.
I think the text may be a bit small still, I'll work on that some more
The frames version is still not well tested (i don't like frams much)
This window had some pretty serious issues before LU 16 (It shouldn't have, but it did). Since the update it's been working dandy.
Target and Implied Target look identical (I may change this in a future release)
Detailed Version
+Resizable Health and Power Bars
--Min size = 102x58 Pixels (both frames and detailed versions)
--Stretch Horizontally and Vertically
--Power and Health bars grow proportionally when stretched
+Frames Version has the Danger Bar (like a progress bar)
--Pink (1 tick) == Weak
--Green (2 tick) == Average
--Yellow (3 tick) == Heroic
--Orange (4 tick) == Heroic +
--Red (5 tick) == Epic
--Gems indicate number of groups for epic mobs
I'm not completely sure I won't change most of this window, there's too much text making the whole thing bigger than it needs to be. Also, I haven't done much testing to make sure Epic mobs show up correctly in the frames version, since no epics have really jumped out at me.

Nice addons
I've been using mostly Jaxel Mods, but have tried and liked these. Only problem is.... is that its quite hard to read the white font at times.
(This should have gone in the Player UI comments)
