I've been using this excellent mod since GU27 and it works fine (in that it doesn't actually crash the game and is fully funcional).

There do appear to be two issues since the GU:
1. One of the graphics is missing, replaced by a white box. I think it's the scales graphic for the weight. I guess they changed a dds file somewhere.
2. The character portrait is grey, with no picture at all, i.e. the new functionality allowing you to rotate your character does not work.

Other than that though the mod still works, so I will continue to use it. Would be great to get a fixed version though

I'm going to update it to GU27 as soon as can, if you look at the .xml file you will notice that it is very very long and its very difficult to update the xml when it is that long.

I might add 2 more differant modes for the inventory (1dwarf,1reg)

The extra stats window always says 100% for me on everything. Is this part broken? Nice ui. I like all the features and the cool icons.

To fix the paperdall image find the following code in the eq2ui_inventory_inventory.xml file:

And replace it with:


I only use the FullInv for my UI (as I used before it became what it is now, heheh) but I would imagine this would be the same or very close in all of the others.

lovely mod, i'm really enjoying it... however, i play with no frames nor titlebars, so the arrow and the square at the very top kinda float there... is there a way to disable them? i only use it in slim mode, and would like to line it up top...

the equip icons are beautiful... it's just too bad the food and drink icons are the same :\

I'm working on making the inventory when going into window options work. But right now I have a tight schedule. I'm going to try to impletment that as soon as i can.

It might seem easy to chnge a few things, but since it is a 6-Way, it takes loads of work, if you read the .xml for the inventory, you'll see why. it takes up about 10 pages on microword.literally lol

by the way he equip_back.dds icons for food/drink are hardcoded and it wont let me implement a different icon for food/drink, that is why i added thecanteen looking thing inback of the forks.

I'm always open to suggestions

Sorry I just got EQ2.... but from what I read you put all the files into 1 directory IE ...UI/MyMods and have you eq2.ini file point there. But with this mod there is many files and many additional folders. I tried to read on what i am to do but I am confused how to install this.

Sorry... but I love the look of this mod and want to try it out.

Well what you have to do is pick which one you want to see at startup when u log on (ie full,slim,small,dwarffull,dwarfslim,dwarfsmall) once done with that you pick which folder u want and whatever is in the contents of the folder u put in your ui directory(besides the screenshots)

each of the 6 folders have screenshots of the different ways u startup, each is different. pick which one u want and install that folder to you directory
