Great UI, been using since Zonx released. I hate using another while this one waits to be updated, but that's life...just make mine easier Z! Come back soon! lol

EDIT: Zonx is working on an update as we speak, he posted in another thread. Keep it up big boy, we appreciate the fact that we cant write code as well as you, or as efficiently. (And you cant play while you code)

Yes you have to set up the windows yourself, but once you have them set-up for your toon, they will stay in relatively the same spot, the only thing I've had move on me was the "pop-up" text, like for harvesting results, quest update, and area names. Oh, and my casting bar tends to do the same. Just remember that EQ stores the window positions seperately for each toon so you'll have to do this for each character.

Trying to load this UI, it looks great from the pictures, but I must be doing something wrong.

I followed the Readme text and even tried downloading the map updater again but no luck. When I log into the game, I get all the new color schemes, and the new look to my health bar and compass, but nothing else has changed.

Do I have to manually move all my windows around myself? Figured when I load the UI, it would come up looking like the pictured posted here.

The UI is spectacular, except for one thing. I'm not sure if it was by my happening, or what -- but my quest journal is in a mess. It says, "Your quest journal is overflowing, 55 is too many" We are allowed 75 quests.. Not sure the deal on that, but besides that the UI is great! Thanks

Your answer is in his text files that come with the UI, but...

You want to take eq2ui_mainhud_mainchat.xml and rename it to something else. Than you rename _simple_eq2ui_mainhud_mainchat.xml back to eq2ui_mainhud_mainchat.xml and your good to go. And yes that annoys the crap outta me to, but some people love it. WE LOVE YOU ZONX
