Default Milquetowst Tradeskill Window & Cookbook Crash

I downloaded and installed two UI's yesterday. EQ2Map and Milquetowst Tradeskill Window & Provisioner's Cookbook. The Map works great, but when I begin my tradskilling and have an event that I must counter I use my hotkey to do so and I crash out of the game. I know there has been some talk of the October 13 patch causing some issues and crashes, but I am not a programmer so I have no idea as to how to fix this. Some have suggested that the problem is in the eq2ui_mainhud.xmi and I would say that is the case here. When I remove it, the problem stops, but then the cookbook doesn’t work properly. Any ideas? BTW, the EQ2Map continues to work just fine.

The instructions on the download page for the mod tell you what line to add to the eq2ui_mainhud.xml file; just add that line to the new version of the file instead of using the older version included with the download, and you'll be fine.

Thanks so much. I deleted the downloaded cookbook eq2ui_mainhud.xmi and then copied the one from the game's Default UI into my UI file. I then added the one line and all is working just fine now. Thanks for helping.

Whenever I add a modified eq2ui_mainhud.xml file to my custom UI folder it causes my UI to not load properly... Black backgrounds to everything, the chat window is solid black and you can not see or type any text into it.
If I remove that file, everything works fine.

I've even made an empty folder and just added the eq2ui_mainhud.xml file modified to have an extra <include> and it did the same thing.
