Hey there, I just found this the other day and I can't seem to get this to work. I followed the installation steps exactly(even named my file bobsui) then did the eq2.ini text document in my directory with the correct script and i can't get anything to show up at all. Is this designed to work with default UI? Someone please help this is really confusing me. Thank you in advace

I am using charm's way (fabled) as my primary. When I do I do not get two timer bars. If I swap it out for other weapons I get both bars. Any ideas?

My problem is NOT showing the two bars when I have 2 weapons and thats what I need =/

I'm having the same problem of it not hiding when i'm not in combat. Also it always shows 2 bars when I'm melee damage. Even if I only have 1 weapon and a shield.

I am showing both bars, and the timing DOES seem to be fixed, i'm not having the freeze issue, or out of sync bars anymore....but, the window is not disapearing at the end of combat anymore

This new version appears to have both lost the ability to change the frame options so only one bar displays as well as no longer disappears when combat ends. Anyone else with this issue?

I believe your problem is this:

cl_ui_skinname Razc
cl_ui_skinname EQ2MAP

You should only have 1 skinname set in the ini. You need to combine the ui folders into 1 (like copy/move all the contents of Razc folder into the eq2map ui folder or the other way around). And remove whichever skinname you moved into the other one.

edit: Ok, this is interesting....when I hit the big "DOWNLOAD" button up above, I get the old version of this file. I have to go down to the Archive section to get the one dated 8/01/09, which also has a different archive name so I know I am getting the new one.

ok im a major Noob! Ive installed the files into my defualt UI folder. Ive put the eq2ui_custom.xml file in the main UI folder and it also resides in the Razc folder. (unsure of where its suppose to go) Ive added the lines from the eq2.ini to my existing eq2.ini so it looks like this :

cl_movie_enabled 0
cl_ui_subdir UI/
cl_ui_skinname Razc
cl_ui_skinname EQ2MAP
cl_show_welcome_screen_on_startup 0

Im not getting any auto attack bar what so ever.. Im only running eq2 maps and this.. what am i doing wrong?

First off, before I criticize, I'll note that it's not like I know how to make anything like this addon. Just so we're clear.

So:

While I'm sure this addon would be great for Guardians and SKs, etc, it has not proven to be effective for me as an Assassin for the following reasons:

- It consistently (not always, but often) fails to update the bar (bar gets stuck at max) after I stealth and backstab.

- Bar often doesn't switch from ranged to melee nearly fast enough (3-4+ seconds). I have a knockdown that is a close-ranged bow attack and I don't go back into melee mode unless I toggle it manually or until I use my next melee CA (which is, of course, nearly instantaneous). Same deal when pulling, of course.

- The bar is definitely not synced with my attacks after maybe 20-30 seconds into a fight.

- Sometimes my main hand stays synced, but not my offhand.

Of course, I have no idea what it would take to fix these problems or maybe they just can't be. Maybe this addon will just be for Guardians, SKs, etc. Or maybe, somehow, I've done something wrong, not that I can see how.

All that said, thanks for making this and hopefully this post can help you to make the addon even better.
