UI_Settings? LAYOUT help please.

Most UI's have a settings file included. I like your layout. mine is similar but yours is a bit more polished and wouldnt mind having the layout included.

I know resolution makes a difference and I wouldnt want you to have to release multiple files. I can resize and move things if needed.
