Enlarging Raid Window

Guys I run in 1920x1200 resolution. Because of that, I have plenty of real estate. What I don't have is great eyesight.

Is there a simple way to do a search and replace on the xml file and increase the size of names, icons and the bars themselves? I need everything in the window bigger. Names, the bars, and the icons.

Doable or no way?
