[Added] [Map] Castle Vacrul: Rosy Reverie

I've completed the first of the Castle Vacrul dungeons. This map works for the Solo, Heroic I, and Heroic II versions of Rosy Reverie.

This zone is off of Forlorn Gist, so I guess Vetrovia.
