Default Not to beat a dead Horse

I know this is prob old news to you guys but i recently made a bag mod for a complete set because his bags were a bit bugged and never having read this thread oddly most of what you talked about in here i was allready using. After reading your comments though i had some other ideas and tweaked it a little more I was wondering if one of you guru's like deathbane might look at my .xml's and tell me what you think mainly about the extra code i threw in ie. is it useless, an improvement, or just extranious or what

The .zip is my original file and the .xml is the one i made after reading this thread its the latter i was hoping to get critiqued
