Importing One toons custom settings to another?

Greetings all,

First off, I love the UI, however I just re arranged and resized all the windows on one toon, saved it under the UI section during game, then when I tried to import or load that UI setting on another character, nothing happens.

No big deal, I am sure I am just going about this wrong. Is there a simple way to import the same UI layout to all my alts? Copying the "wanted" file string from one character too all the alts? Just guessing

/load_uisettings

As Clink said /load_uisettings then pick the toon that has the right layout.

However, if you have custom channels (including level chat channels) and are not eligible to have those with your new toon (example your toon is level 70 and has level 70 chat, and your alt is level 30) you will notice that the chat box is invis until you use the / command to start typing then all is good.
