Default DetrimentTimers (like spelltimers)

Is it possible to make the same kind of thing as Spelltimers but instead of choosing spells from the Spell Effects window, you can choose detriments from the Detriment Effects window?

That would be a popular feature but unfortunately we can't parse the data in Detrimental Effects or Spell Effects in the same way as the spell timers in Maintained Effects. Information about a detriment only comes to us through the icon tooltip, so there is no way to grab and display the expiration timer on certain detriments for example.
