Broker Market feature request

How hard would it be for someone to modernize the broker window a bit?
what im looking for is an additional dropdown being added that lets you
select a stat and search and organize by it from most to least like ability
mod.
seems like having this added would get more items sold since people can
search for exactly what they want most.
ive tried to include an image of my idea in action.
