Time Window

Ok im using the steel ui with perdition bottom bar and 2 days ago my Time/Clock window just disappeared and for the life of me I cant make it come back... i tried alt + (everything on keyboard) and even went through the game options menu to find it with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
