Can't add POI in Shimmering Citadel:Basement

After clicking on "Review" the PHP-script shows two division by zero errors, map is not loading, and zone data field shows only "()".

Here is the POI for testing reasons:

ZONE: Shimmering Citadel:Basement
NAME: History of Poetry, Page 12
LOC: -154.76, 52.10, -133.47
DESC: For collection quest.
