Maybe somehow your options window is transparent??? i would right click all around to try and see if theres a hidden window. Or try to alt-enter to go to windowed mode because maybe the window is off screen somehow. Change the resolution to the max you can go... who knows.......
just some random ideas, not that they would help. But, I'm sure that you'd try anything at this point
