Interesting.
Double check your UI\Dracokyn folder for the following file:
eq2ui_examine.xml
If it's in there, delete it. (Warning - if you're using other add-on's, it may break those pieces - in that case, I'd rename the file to eq2ui_examine-OFF.xml so you have a backup.)
