I can't reproduce this error, sorry.

You could try to delete:
EQ2MAP\POI\rgn_POI_Vetrovia.xml
EQ2MAP\eq2map2\core_mapstyles.xml
EQ2MAP\eq2map2\_User_MapStyles.xml

And run the updater again.
