You can get this error if ACT splits the log file while the URL helper is reading it. You can see your log files if you go to the \logs\<server name> folder in your main EverQuest II folder. If you see log file names with dates (something like eq2log_Cabanast.2020.03.09.txt) then ACT is splitting them for you. This should be very rare.
