hotbar timers
Noticed something new a few days ago, I don't think I changed anything but all of a sudden on hotbar 4 I had cooldown timers on the spells I had in there. How do I turn this feature on/off and why is it only working with hotbar 4? None of the other hotbars have it and I would like it on hotbar 1 & 2 if I could.
