Could someone at least point me in the right direction?
I'm using the
Default Old Graphics skin with ProfitUI (wood skin variant) if that helps any.
I just want that particular type of tool tip to match the rest of the UI and I've had no luck so far with modding "windowelements.dds" which I thought for sure was where the change needed to be to fix the problem.
