Default Bottom Bar Alternative for 1366 screen width
I have reworked one of the bottom bars to show all of the stats the biggest bar displays but scaled down to fit a 1366 x ### screen resolution. This bar was made for all those laptop players that are forced to use the 1366 resolution.

This bar was not tested on any other resolution. The changes were made using the standard UI Builder that comes with EQ2.

I have been using it for some time now and it is working without trouble.
