using ie8 and still getting the same error. Invalid Archive tried on older files as well. All files on all sites but wow interface are coming back this way. Also just tried with firefox and got the same thing.

Ok got it to download with firefox. Not the browser I use so hopefully a reboot will allow me to use ie8 like I have for ages.

Yep reboot seems to have done the trick
