I'm not 100 percent sure this is possible as I believe messages like recovering come from the server. I do see in the eq2ui_mainhud_casting.xml file the text Already Casting..... which I think can be removed to give the appearance of no text even though the message would in fact still be displayed just as blank. More experienced modders please chime in as this stuff is new to me
