You can submit POIs to EQ2MAP
here. You cannot create separate maps for each quest and with that amount of POIs I kinda wonder whether there is any difficulty in finding the locations in the first place, i.e. whether it is worth it to add these in, but that's up to you.
In any case, if you just post them on the forums they cannot and will not be used unfortunately.
