Those should be controlled by the game client, not the UI. If they aren't there, it should only be because your game client isn't updated to support them. Are you in the EU region? Sometimes it lags behind the US by a day or two when it comes to updates. I can confirm that I saw both checkboxes in the performance options section last night, and I'm running current ProfitUI off the updater so it's probably not Profit keeping the checkboxes from showing up.
