Fair enough but it's still only showing "Spell Reuse" on all my characters..even characters that have both Spell and Ability Reuse or just Ability Reuse. no idea on the stat, someone else will have to answer that, but what I meant was SOE is determining the tooltip, if you think the tooltip is wrong you need to talk to them (/bug report it or /feedback it)
