Fair enough but it's still only showing "Spell Reuse" on all my characters..even characters that have both Spell and Ability Reuse or just Ability Reuse. I would also think the tooltip (regardless of where it's generated) should match the stat that is displaying in the persona unless I'm misunderstanding something which is very possible.
