That map_clone2 thing is a Fetish issue, had forgotten about that one. His instructions are good enough, I had just understood you were trying to install the UI into your default UI folder, which I now understand you did not do. Glad you found the solution yourself.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
