Just reinstalled Profit and cant get the Targets Target to show

here is where i was told it is enabled in the UI options -
here is what it looks like enabled -
here with f10 selected you can see the window is open but it still isnt displayed -
Also a weird thing i noticed is that when a mob is selected it will show the targets target however when a player is selected it will not show their target.
Any advice or help is appreciated. thanks in advance
